Jesse Boyd was a Democratic candidate for at-large representative on the Charlotte City Council in North Carolina. Boyd was defeated in the primary election on September 12, 2017.

Biography

Boyd was born in Charlotte, North Carolina and attended Harding University High School. He joined the U.S. Army after graduating high school and served in Afghanistan.[1]
