Jesse Guills
Jesse Guills (b. June 5, 1946) was a Republican member of the West Virginia State Senate. He represented District 10 from 2002-2010.
Guills earned his B.S. from West Virginia University in 1968. He went on to earn his J.D. from West Virginia University Law School in 1971.
Guills has been an attorney at Guills and Via since 2001. He served in the United States Army as a Second Lieutenant from 1971 to 1972. He worked as an attorney for Haynes, Ford and Guills from 1971 to 1982. He then worked as an attorney for Jesse O. Guills, Junior, Attorney at Law from 1982 to 2001.[1]

Jesse Guills did not seek re-election in 2010. Republican John Barnes faced Democrat Ron Miller for the open seat in West Virginia State Senate District 10 in the November 2, 2010, general election.[2][3]

On November 7, 2006, Jesse Guills won re-election to the Washington State Senate, District 10.[4]
Guill raised $91,306 for his campaign, while Frederick Parker raised $46,535.[5]
