I will ensure that everyone who comes into my courtroom is treated fairly and with the respect and dignity that all individual's having business with the Court deserve. I will make rulings and pass sentences that are in line with the law and take into consideration an individual's given situation, while utilizing the recovery and treatment programs available to the Franklin County Judge's when available. Being a part of our judicial process is an honor. All judges, as public servants, should work hard for the good of the public, uphold the law, and ensure that our justice system is working in the most efficient, fair, and balanced manner possible.
Ensuring that all individuals are treated with respect, dignity and fairness while upholding the laws of our State and the Constitution.
