Biography
Jessica Douglass was born in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Central Bucks High School West. She earned a bachelor's degree in secondary English and communication education from Pennsylvania State University and a master's degree in education and human development from the University of Maryland in 2006. Douglass' career experience includes working as a teacher with Montgomery County Public Schools.[1]
