Jessica Green is a Las Vegas attorney, community member, and Pro Tem Judge who has spent more than 15 years working in and around the legal system. For nearly seven years, she has served as a Pro Tem Judge and Interim Hearing Master in the Las Vegas Municipal Court, presiding over arraignments, motions, hearings, bench trials, and specialty court calendars across multiple departments. Through this work, she has gained firsthand experience applying the law, managing court proceedings, and making decisions that directly affect the lives of Las Vegas residents.


In addition to her judicial service, Jessica has held senior legal leadership roles overseeing regulatory compliance, risk management, and legal strategy for organizations operating in complex and highly regulated industries. Earlier in her career, she built a legal practice representing employers and professionals in matters involving employment law and professional liability, with experience in both state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies.


Jessica is also active in the Las Vegas community. She volunteers with local organizations, supports public schools, and participates in neighborhood and civic events throughout the city. Jessica is raising her family in Las Vegas and is deeply invested in the future of the community they call home.
