Incumbents Darrell Cherf, Adam Cox and Jessica Kazakos from Trustee Areas 1, 3 and 5, respectively, were up for re-election. Cherf and Kazakos ran unopposed and won re-election. Cox ran against challenger Priya Lakireddy and won re-election to the Trustee Area 3 seat.

This election was canceled due to lack of opposition. Jessica Kazakos from Trustee Area 5 won re-election by default.[1]

As of October 31, 2014, there were no campaign finance reports available on the Merced County Registrar of Voters website for Kazakos.[2]
