My name is Jessica Neal and I am running for State Senate in District 24, to represent Bracken, Campbell, and Pendleton Counties, along with three precincts in Kenton County.

I am a 4th generation resident of Campbell County and grew up in Fort Thomas, graduating from Highlands High School in 2004. After high school, I attended Belmont University in Nashville, TN, where I was a double-major in Music Education and Classical Voice.

Since graduating college, I have spent a large part of my career in the financial services industry, working about 7 years at Fifth Third Bank. In 2019, I accepted a position at P.L. Marketing in Newport, where I currently work as a Floor Planning Analyst.

I have lived in Cold Spring for 9 years, and am proud to call Kentucky my home. In my free time, I run a small photography business and enjoy biking, gardening, cooking, shooting, hanging out with family and friends, and attending church. I am a member of We the People Kentucky, Northern Kentucky Young Republicans, the Northern Kentucky Tea Party, the National Rifle Association, and the United States Concealed Carry Association. Additionally, I am a Republican Precinct Youth Captain for Cold Spring and an active member of the Campbell County Republican Party Election Integrity Committee.

I hope to earn your vote and get the opportunity to serve my fellow Kentuckians in Frankfort as your voice for Liberty!
  • Secure Our Elections - Secure Elections are the cornerstone of our great Republic, and Kentuckians are tired of the excuses, half measures, and inaction of the Establishment. It's simple... fix the broken election system, eliminate fraud, and never allow the events of 2020 to happen again.
  • Defend Medical Freedom - The government has used fear and tyranny to shut down our churches, schools, businesses, and our communities. Now they want to force vaccinations upon you and your children. If elected, I will defend your Medical Freedom now and forever.
  • Advance Conservative Values - Life at Conception. Banning Critical Race Theory. Low Taxes. The Right to Bear Arms. School Choice. Supporting America First. Conservative values are Kentucky values, and I will always boldly fight to defend them.
Medical Freedom, Gun Rights, Campus Free Speech, School Choice, Pro-Life Causes.
A few words come to mind when I think of which characteristics are most important for an elected official: Honesty, integrity, humility, determination, commitment, patience.
The legacy I would like to leave is one that demonstrates my commitment to serving God and my Country.
I distinctly remember when I learned Princess Diana had died. I was in the 6th grade and had not heard of her up to that point. I remember the grief on my parents' faces as they watched the news and explained to me who she was and her legacy.
The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah. I am deeply moved by the heroism of the ordinary women in the story who accept the call to serve in their country's greatest hour of need.
While it can be beneficial to have previous experience, I do not believe it is absolutely necessary. The original intent of our government was for ordinary citizens to hold office; people with other occupations who also served their country as an elected official for a period of time. I am not a politician and have never previously desired to pursue such an endeavor. I am simply a concerned American citizen who has common sense and who wants to uphold the values of the people, the true voice of our nation.
I do believe it can be beneficial to build relationships with other legislators. It is always helpful to have mentors in any job, and the State Legislature is no different. Mostly, I think it is beneficial to learn about another's experience while always sticking to one's beliefs and principles.
I do not believe compromise is necessary or desirable for policymaking. One of the words in my campaign slogan is 'principled', and that word explains my philosophy at a core level. It is my belief that there has been too much compromise in politics (on all sides), and I am running to stay true to the values and principles conservatives hold dear.
