Integrity. The job of State House Representative is to be the voice of your constituents.

Transparency. As a State Representative I believe you should do everything in your power to communicate how you are voting during session so that your constituents can see how you are representing them.

Communications. As a State Representative we should be making it easy for our constituents to voice their concerns to us. There should be regular opportunities to speak with me in our community.
Represent the people of my district through my voting. Make sure my constituents are educated and engaged in our Democracy.
My first job was at the Dillons in my district. I worked the for a couple of years.
Overcoming House and Senate leadership's unwillingness to call bipartisan bills to the floor for a vote that Kansans want to see passed. The biggest example of this is the expansion of Medicaid in Kansas.
Yes you should build relationships with other legislators, especially across the isle.
I feel strongly that as public servants we should make it easy for our constituents to ask us questions and hold us accountable as we are hired strictly to represent them.
