Maloney was appointed to the court on May 7, 2025 by Governor of California Gavin Newsom (D) to replace David M. Gill.[1]
Biography
Maloney earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law.[2]
Prior to being appointed to the Superior Court of San Diego County in California, Maloney served as a deputy district attorney at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office from 2011 to 2025.[3]
