Jim A. Enearl was a judge in the East Fork Township Justice Court in Nevada. He stepped down on August 6, 2010.[1]

Barred from judgeship

In June 2011 Enearl signed and agreed to a settlement that he violated judicial canons. He was accused of:

"repeatedly engaging in comments and actions with the court staff of the East Fork Township Justice Court that were of an extremely inappropriate and offensive character and that he continued to do so after being advised by court staff that his conduct was unacceptable and offensive.”

The agreement states that he “forever agrees not to seek or accept any judicial office of any kind in any location.” [2][3]
