Jim Avery
Jim Avery (Republican Party) is running for election to the Missouri State Senate to represent District 22. He declared candidacy for the 2026 election.[source]
Avery (Republican Party) was a member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 95. He assumed office in 2003. Avery left office in 2009.[1]
Biography
Avery served in the United States Marine Corps from 1991 to 1995 in "Operation Restore Hope" in Somalia. He later joined the Missouri Army National Guard, deploying to Iraq in "Operation Iraqi Freedom" in 2003, and deploying to Afghanistan in "Operation Enduring Freedom" in 2009.[2]
Avery earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2017.[3]
