Jim Beck is an associate judge for the 45th Judicial Circuit, Lincoln County Division 2 in Missouri. He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[1]

Primary: He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on August 5, 2014.
General: He was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014. [1]

Beck was the Republican candidate for the 45th Judicial Circuit, Lincoln County Division 2 associate judge in 2010.[2] He defeated Edward J. Grewach in the November 2 general election.[3]

Education

Beck attended the Lindenwood Colleges for his B.S. and Washington University for his J.D. in 1993.[4][5]

Career

Beck started his legal career as an assistant public defender after receiving his law degree. In 1994, he was appointed the first district public defender for Lincoln and Pike counties. He was recruited as an attorney with the firm of Mueller and Suddarth in 1997 and was named partner in the new firm of Mueller, Suddarth and Beck.[5]
