Jim Ellenbogen
Jim Ellenbogen is the former Democratic District 12 representative on the Allegheny County Council in Pennsylvania. First elected in 2007, Ellenbogen lost a re-election campaign in the primary election on May 16, 2017.
Biography
Ellenbogen is the chief enforcement officer for the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.[1]
