Jim Glover
Jim Glover is a former at-large member of the Kansas City City Council in Missouri, holding Position 4. He served three tenures on the city council. He first served from 1991 to 1999. His second tenure lasted from 2003 to 2007. Glover's third tenure began in 2011 and lasted until 2015.[1][2]

2015
The city of Kansas City, Missouri, held nonpartisan elections for mayor and city council on June 23, 2015. A primary election took place on April 7, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was January 13, 2015. All 12 city council seats were up for election.[3][4]
In the primary election for the District 4 At-large seat, Katheryn Shields and incumbent Jim Glover advanced past Jared Campbell and Bryan Stalder. Shields defeated Glover in the general election on June 23.[5][6][7]
