Jim Halligan
Jim Halligan is a former Republican member of the Oklahoma State Senate, representing District 21 from 2008 to 2016.
Halligan did not seek re-election to the Oklahoma State Senate in 2016.
Biography
Halligan earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Iowa State University. His professional experience includes serving as president of Oklahoma State University from 1994 to 2002.[1]
