Jim Joros was a candidate for Place 5 on the Keller school board in Texas. He was defeated by fellow challenger Jo Lynn Haussmann in the general election on May 10, 2014.

Joros has 43 years of education experience as a teacher, coach, principal and assistant superintendent. He retired as a middle school teacher in Keller.[1]
