- I’d like to get the Public Benefits charges off your electric bill. These are hidden taxes that should be funded from Hartford, not by Stamford families. CT needs to re-invest in reliable, affordable, and clean Nuclear Power. I also support infrastructure improvements at the WPCA to keep our Sound and Harbor beautiful.
- Stamford Magnet Schools are the best-performing schools in Stamford. To receive funding from Hartford, they are required to take 25% of their student body from outside of Stamford. The schools struggle to meet this quota every year and it should be eliminated so that more Stamford families can attend Stamford Magnet Schools.
- Stamford Police are some of the finest in this country, but they have major problems with the recruitment and retention of junior officers. I support prioritizing junior teachers and police officers in BMR (below market rate) apartment lottery.
