Jim Minnix (Republican Party) is a member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 118. He assumed office on January 11, 2021. His current term ends on January 11, 2027.

Biography
Jim Minnix graduated from Scott Community High School in 1972. Minnix earned a degree from Colby Community College in 1974, a B.S. in agricultural economics from Kansas State University in 1977, a B.S. in business finance in 1978, and an M.B.A. from Kansas State University in 1980. He cofounded the Scott Community Foundation and served as a community leader with 4-H.[1]
