Jim Mullins was a Republican candidate for District 9 of the West Virginia State Senate. The primary election was on May 11, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.[1]

Mullins ran in the 2010 election for West Virginia State Senate District 9. Mullins was defeated by Democrat Mike Green (West Virginia) in the general election on November 2, 2010. Mullins was unopposed in the Republican primary election on May 11.[2][3]
