Jim Smith (Pennsylvania)
Jim Smith was a 2015 candidate for the Berks County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] He also ran for the Berks County Court of Common Pleas in 2013.[2]

2013
Smith ran for the Berks County Court of Common Pleas.[2] He cross-filed in both Democratic and Republican primaries and was defeated in both, receiving 16.5% of the Republican vote and 6.0% of the Democratic vote on May 21, 2013.[3][4]

Education
Smith earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics from Liberty University and his J.D. from Regent University.[5]
Career
Smith is a founding member of the Smith Law Group in Berks County.[5]
