Jim Sullivan (Wisconsin)
Jim Sullivan (b. December 26, 1967) was a Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Senate. He represented District 5 from 2008 through 2010. Sullivan previously served as a member of the Wauwatosa City Council.[1]
Biography
Sullivan graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1991 with a B.A. He went on to receive his law degree from Marquette University in 2001. From 1998 through 2006, he was a member of the U.S. Navy Reserves. He has served as a member of the State Fair Park Board, the Wisconsin Center District Board, the Midwest Higher Education Compact, and the Wisconsin Technology Council.[2][3][4].

Sullivan ran for re-election in the November 2, 2010, general election. He faced no primary opposition. He was defeated by his opponent in the November 2, 2010 general election, Republican Leah Vukmir of the Wisconsin State Assembly District 14. [6]

On November 7, 2006, Sullivan won election to the Wisconsin State Senate, District 5.[7]
Sullivan raised $238,633 for his campaign, while incumbent Tom Reynolds raised $191,699.[8]
