Jim Wieser
Jim Wieser was a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 15 of the Indiana House of Representatives.
Biography
Wieser's professional experience includes serving as a councilman and president of the Lake County Council and the Highland Town Council. He has also worked as legal counsel for the town of Schererville, the Lake County Board of Elections and Registration, and the Lake County Sheriff.[1]
Elections
2014
Elections for the Indiana House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 6, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 7, 2014. Jim Wieser was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while incumbent Hal Slager was unopposed in the Republican primary. Slager defeated Wieser in the general election.[2][3]
