Biography
Woodward was raised in Bonner County, Idaho, and as of January 2020 resided in Sagle. He graduated from Bonners Ferry High School and earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Idaho. Woodward served as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy for 21 years of active and reserve service. He began working in the construction industry in 2000, and in 2008 he became the owner of Apex Construction Services, a heavy construction and excavating company. Woodward has served on the boards of Northern Lights Electric Cooperative and the Idaho Consumer Owned Utilities Association.[1][2]
