  • I have 42 years practicing law as a litigator, prosecutor and administrative law judge - with 300 plus trials, hearings, motions and depositions in numerous Texas Counties and in State and Federal Courts, to include the courts of appeal. Because of my years of experience, I will ensure fair trials, orderly and civil court proceedings, patience, justice, fairness and integrity to every case.
  • I have served in the Navy, as a Judge Advocate General. I believe in justice to and for everyone. I will ensure that the court reflects this commitment. Simply stated, I will uphold the law fairly - without bias, for every citizen and litigant in my court.
  • I will be a judge who understands the real-world impact of legal decisions, ensuring that justice isn't just a theory, but is truly seen, heard, experienced and served. My litigation experience will assist me in streamlining the litigation process saving tax payer and the litigants money and delivering timely and well-thought justice.
Every person, each business appearing before me deserves fair treatment and an opportunity to be heard - those represented by counsel and those pro se. I will apply the law fairly and impartially, without political influence or partisan consideration. Money should not be a barrier to justice, ensuring that all members of our community, regardless of race, economic status or creed have full access and protection under and through the law. I will improve judicial efficiency, with appropriate use of technology and develop practical solutions to enhance the court process for everyone involved. My duty is the law, the constitution and the citizen.
