The election in Tippecanoe featured three seats up for general election on November 4, 2014. Jimmy Mark Scott lost to incumbent Randy Bond for the District 2 seat. District 3 board member Linda Y. Day ran unopposed and won re-election to her seat. No candidates filed to run for the District 1 seat, including incumbent Janet Fox Elmore. The Tippecanoe School Board of Trustees appointed Dr. Patrick Hein to fill the position with a four-year term in their first organizational meeting on January 14, 2015.
