JoAnn Bicego is a judge for the Superior Court of Siskiyou County in California. Bicego was appointed by Gov. Jerry Brown (D) on December 23, 2016, to fill the vacancy left by the retirement of Donald R. Langford.[1]

Biography

Bicego earned her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She later received her J.D. from the University of the Pacific. Bicego was a commissioner for the superior court from 2009 until her appointment as a judge in 2016. She previously worked as a partner at Arkfeld and Bicego from 2002 to 2006.[1]
