Biography
Bicego earned her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She later received her J.D. from the University of the Pacific. Bicego was a commissioner for the superior court from 2009 until her appointment as a judge in 2016. She previously worked as a partner at Arkfeld and Bicego from 2002 to 2006.[1]
