JoAnn M. Ellinghaus-Jones

JoAnn M. Ellinghaus-Jones is the district administrative judge for the Tenth District Court for both Caroll and Howard counties in Maryland. She has served as a judge on the court since April 5, 1991 and as the district administrative judge for the Tenth District Court since September 20, 2001.[1] Her current term expires in 2021.[2]
Education
Ellinghaus-Jones received her undergraduate degree from the University of Baltimore in 1978 and her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1981.[1]
Career
Before she became a judge, Ellinghaus-Jones served as an attorney for the town of Manchester from 1983 to 1990.[1]
