WHY IS JOAN RUNNING? Joan wants to help people file mass pro se lawsuits to end the pandemic, overhaul the legal system by passing a justice amendment, implement a “Get Out of Debt” plan that helps bridge the gap between the rich and poor, remove innocent Americans from the terrorist watchlist, ensure that her father receives the Medal of Honor, and pay off a fraudulent $140,000 IRS debt that she doesn’t owe. If you have lost a loved one from Covid or your job because you refuse to take the vaccine, you can file your own lawsuit for damages. Go to assocforhonestattys.com and click on “How to File a Federal Suit” which tells you how to take it all the way up in three steps. A template will be available soon under “Supporting Documents,” just click on “Case #4.” Since our government is all about the money, each pro se lawsuit costs them up to $500K to defend, so Joan is confident that mass pro se lawsuits will end this fraudulent pandemic quickly. She believes in passing laws that favor the majority of people in America, and she cannot and will not be bought by any lobbyist or special interest group.
Justice has been severely lacking in our country, since the side with the most money to pay their attorney wins. Did you know that the United States Supreme Court receives about 10,000 requests a year and only hears 80 cases? Joan has helped people take 12 meritorious cases to the high court since 2003, but none of them was heard. She was falsely sued for ‘practicing law without a license’ in Kansas, even when the U.S. Supreme Court has already ruled in 18 cases that anyone can help a person with a legal matter as long as they don’t present themselves as a lawyer and they don’t take a fee. Joan did neither and appealed the case all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court twice, but they refused to hear it. Joan’s solution is a “justice amendment” which she first mentioned in a book she wrote and published in 2003 called TEN SECRETS You Must Know Before Hiring a Lawyer. You can read more about this amendment at assocforhonestattys.com.
Depression and anxiety are running rampant in our country today, and a way to alleviate this is to try and relieve the debt that weighs down the average person. Joan is proposing a “Get Out of Debt Plan” that is a step toward this goal and toward trying to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor. Her idea is that if a poor/middle class person will agree to try and improve their lives for one year (stop drinking, doing drugs, smoking, gambling, etc., whatever their struggle might be), then a rich person agrees to pay off their debt up to a certain amount. In order to achieve this, the person would agree to being monitored (i.e., wear a bracelet), which puts surveillance to good use since this would mean consent is given by a person. If they complete their agreement in a year, their debt is paid and they receive a “G.O.O.D. Guy” or “G.O.O.D. Gal” certificate signed by the President (which also stands for “Get.Out.Of.Debt.”). This is a plan that would give people hope and encouragement in trying to start anew which is what they need in such difficult times as these.
"Have you lost a loved one from Covid or your job for refusing the vaccine? Mass pro se lawsuits will end the pandemic not vaccines. You can learn how to DIY at assocforhonestattys.com, just click on “How to File a Federal Suit.” If elected, I will ensure that your case is settled fairly and equitably." "Forced vaccines are a violation of your rights, especially the right to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Don’t let anyone tell you different. " "I support the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, especially with the coronavirus pandemic begun by the Deep State. In fact, I support the Constitution entirely. " "My extensive research and experience shows that CIA agents are posing as minimally trained medical personnel in Wichita area hospitals to try and cause the death of patients from ‘natural causes.’ They are also extorting money from unsuspecting wealthy people using the court system. If elected, I will be working to ban the CIA in Kansas." "I think when it comes to disputes over the law, we should not contradict the Bible. Our country was founded on Christian principles and they need to remain. The Bible has stood for 2,000 years and these laws should trump any of our laws which have stood for only 200 years. " "Over 70% of American’s profess to be Christian, and I am in favor of passing laws that support the majority. I have never discriminated against anyone, I do believe in ‘live and let live.’ But we should not be passing laws that favor the minority, since passing too many laws restricts our freedoms." "President Trump became a Christian in 2016, and I fully supported him and his efforts from Day 1. He did more for America than any president I’ve known, a close second to Abraham Lincoln who always kept a copy of the Bible and the Constitution on his desk." "I support veterans, since my father was a fighter pilot killed in Viet Nam in 1965. When I found out he died trying to save the life of his wingman, I filled all of the squares for him to receive the Medal of Honor. But neither KS Senator Jerry Moran or OK Senator Jim Inhofe could make it happen." "When the sperm and the egg unite, it is God’s will that a child should be born. I believe that what God has joined together, let no one put asunder. Adoption is the answer if a woman is unwilling or unable to care for her unborn child. " "Criminal justice reform is great, but what are we doing to ensure that NO innocent people end up in jail in the first place? Lawyers become judges become politicians, and I believe this is the problem. Overhauling the legal system will fix it. " "I think climate change is happening, but we should not be spending an exorbitant amount of time, money and resources trying to stop it. America is only one country in the world when you look at the bigger picture. We can only do so much. " "I would like to see 5G abolished, since I know that it was used to give my family member Covid. These harmful and horrific structures should be removed. "" "In 2014, by campaign slogan was that “I think we need more women, more Christians and more regular people in office.” Well, we got more women and more regular people in 2018, but with the likes of the “jihad” squad, we need more women who are on the “God” squad! " "There may be a separation of church and state, but we should not have a separation of faith and state. Christianity is faith in God, it is not a religion. We should keep the Ten Commandments on our halls of justice, and add the two that Jesus gave us: “Love God and love your neighbor as yourself. " "I am in favor of prayer being put back in schools as well as spanking - spare the rod and spoil the child. Simple time-outs have resulted in too many snowflakes, and they need a meltdown. " "I believe that Covid was created to justify mail-in ballots to keep Trump out of office, and that the vaccine is the Mark of the Beast. I wholeheartedly support mass pro se lawsuits to end the pandemic." "Many people don’t realize that Covid is a form of ‘population control’ under a U.N. directive called Agenda 21/30. Not only are people dying from this illness and the vaccine, social distancing is keeping us from procreating. If this keeps up, America will soon be extinct. " "Marriage is between a man and a woman, so I can’t condone this sin. LGBTQ people represent only 4.5% of the total population, and although I believe in ‘live and let live,’ we should not be passing " laws that favor a small minority." "Above all else, we should be seeking to put our children first. Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? Not even kings or rulers, it is the least of us who is the greatest according to the Bible. Every law we pass should be for the betterment of our children and their future. "[5] |

|- I am "riding shotgun" for the U.S. Senate in Oklahoma, my "aim" is to switch to Republican if elected, and I would like voters to "shoot" me an email if they have any questions.
- I want to overhaul the legal system by implementing a "justice amendment." It is described on the "Issues" page of my website at www.JoanFarr.com.
- I want to help people get out of debt using a method that bridges the gap between the rich and the poor. It is described on the "Issues" page of my website at www.JoanFarr.com.
I also think we need to stack the U.S. Supreme Court with more conservative justices so that more cases can be heard. They receive about 10,000 requests a year and only hear about 80 cases (less than 1%). I have been personally involved in helping people take 12 cases to the high court in the last 16 years which were meritorious cases involving wrongful death and manifest injustice, but none of them was heard. In my opinion, this is outrageous government conduct, to say the least. I think "justice for ALL" is seriously lacking.
Abolishing Agenda 21/30 and the U.N. if necessary.Stacking the court with more conservative justices so they can hear more cases.
Overhauling the legal system.
Identifying and removing innocent Americans from the terrorist watch list.
Removing 5G which is harmful and I believe is spreading the coronavirus.
