I am not a lawyer, not wealthy and not a career politician. My mother was a legal secretary for 46 yrs and my father was a fighter pilot, so this made me a “legal fighter." I feel that my strong desire to overhaul the legal system to ensure there is “justice for ALL” must be in my DNA. I have been a traffic investigator, Boeing buyer, homebuilder, author, non-profit CEO, pre-litigation consultant and politician, and was the first person to run for the US Senate in two states (KS & OK) at the same time in 2022. I am a true Christian and patriot who seeks to put children and families first, and I cannot be bought.
  • We need to put God back in control of our country.
  • We need to put children and families in our country FIRST above all else.
  • We need to overhaul our legal system to ensure "justice for ALL" in our country.
Inflation, the economy, immigration, crime, public education, homelessness and healthcare are all important, but opting out of The Great Reset involving population control is my main passion. We are a Christian nation, so I fail to see how starting wars and killing people is "loving thy neighbor." This is outrageous government conduct and such crimes against humanity must not be allowed to continue.
I have always looked up to Abraham Lincoln and he is the example I have always tried to follow. It is because he was the most honest President we have ever had, and he always had a copy of the Constitution and the Bible on his desk to refer to at all times.
Honesty, integrity and someone who serves God and not money.
Honesty, integrity, not wealthy, a lawyer or a career politician. I think we need more regular people in office or "We the People" are not truly represented.
I want to leave a legacy as the first woman president who helped put God back in control of our country. I hope to be remembered like Deborah in the Bible who was a prophet, warrior and judge. When men were unable to lead, God put her in charge. I think we’re there!
When I was 16, I was a short-order cook at a golf course on the miltary base nearby. I worked there part-time during the summer while attending high school.
The Bible, since it is our guide for living. This Book tells us how to live life to please God instead of ourselves, and I have found that the more we do what it says, the more God blesses us.
Cinderella, since I have always believed in "happily ever after."
I have struggled with being technologically challenged for the past 20+ years. However, my main struggle is with the Deep State targeting of innocent people due to Agenda 21/NWO/The Great Reset which is all about population control. We are a Christian nation, and starting wars and killing people is not ”loving your neighbor.” So we need to opt out of this 40-year old directive, since it is not who we are.

  • “I want to help people file mass pro se lawsuits that will end the pandemic & overhaul the legal system."
  • "I want to implement a “Get Out of Debt” plan that helps to bridge the gap between the rich and poor."
  • " I want to ensure that laws are passed which benefit the majority, and I cannot and will not be bought."
I am personally passionate about allowing people the right to choose whether to receive the Covid vaccine which should not be government mandated. This is a clear violation of rights, especially the right to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." I am passionate about overhauling our legal system so that we have true "justice for ALL." I am passionate about government waste, fraud and abuse which I believe has resulted in our exhorbitant national debt, and we could reduce it significantly by condensing our 17 National Security agencies down to about 4.
Honesty and integrity by far are the most important characteristics or principles of an elected official. We need these qualities to replace the arrogance and oppression found in so many.
I possess honesty and integrity and am a fighter for truth and justice. I have had so many different experiences in life that this helps me relate to the average person who needs assistance from me as an officeholder. I believe in the two commandments Jesus gave us to "love God and love your neighbor as yourself," and I think that according to the story of the Good Samaritan, your neighbor is anyone God puts in your path who is hurting. So that would be anyone who comes to me for help, and as a member of the Senate, I would do everything I could to help them.
The first historical event that happened in my lifetime was the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. It was November 22, 1963 and I was 8 years old. I can recall that I was in my classroom and my teacher told us what happened, and she sent us all home. I went home and my father was crying, he so loved and respected President Kennedy. All day long on our T.V. they only showed a picture of him and played sad music. Even at my young age, it was the most devastating time that my whole family had experienced.
The Bible. It is my guide for living.
"You Are the Reason" by Calum Scott & Leona Lewis
Remaining a Christian nation since these are the Biblical principles we were founded on. The majority of people in America profess to be Christian (70%), so we need more people in office who serve God and not money. This is the only way we can be truly represented and continue to be blessed by God. I think the greatest challenge we have as a nation is maintaining our morals and values which means following the Bible and the Constitution like Abraham Lincoln did who always kept a copy of these on his desk.
I am in favor of term limits. If the president is limited to two, then this should be the requirement for the Senate and House as well. There is too much power and control when Senators stay in any longer.
To some degree, but I truly feel that we need more Christian women and more regular people in office who believe and follow The Golden Rule. There are too many wealthy people and mainly lawyers who are senators, and they do not truly represent the majority of people.
I would consider their overall background, their financial disclosure report, their views on National Security and the existing political circumstances in deciding whether to confirm a presidential appointee. Most importantly, I would ask myself the question: "Is this someone our children would look up to?"
I would be interested in the Appropriations and Finance Committees since I have had to learn creative financing in my lifetime. Also, the Judiciary Committee due to my legal background, the Armed Services Committee since my father served 22 years and was killed in Viet Nam, and the Foreign Relations Committee since I have traveled to 30 foreign countries.
I admire Rand Paul the most, I think we have a lot in common.
Once upon a time there was a troll who lived under a bridge in the Kingdom of Trids. Whenever a Trid would try and cross the bridge, the troll would come out and kick him off. They all complained to the rabbi who lived in the kingdom, so one day, the rabbi came to cross the bridge. The troll let him cross with no problem. So he asked him why he didn't kick him off, too. The troll replied, "Silly rabbi! Kicks are for Trids!"
I would consider their procedural fairness, knowledge, impartiality of rulings, demeanor, background and history in an evaluation.
I think that my proposed "Get Out of Debt Plan" will help bridge the gap between Republicans and Democrats. Since I was Independent for 10 years, I think I will have a good rapport with other senators and be able to reach across the aisle easily. I am a different kind of Republican since I am not all about the money.
Yes, I think that Congress is not doing enough of this as it is.

Campaign website

Farr's campaign website stated the following:

WHY IS JOAN RUNNING?

Joan wants to help people file mass pro se lawsuits to end the pandemic, overhaul the legal system by passing a justice amendment, implement a “Get Out of Debt” plan that helps bridge the gap between the rich and poor, remove innocent Americans from the terrorist watchlist, ensure that her father receives the Medal of Honor, and pay off a fraudulent $140,000 IRS debt that she doesn’t owe. If you have lost a loved one from Covid or your job because you refuse to take the vaccine, you can file your own lawsuit for damages. Go to assocforhonestattys.com and click on “How to File a Federal Suit” which tells you how to take it all the way up in three steps. A template will be available soon under “Supporting Documents,” just click on “Case #4.” Since our government is all about the money, each pro se lawsuit costs them up to $500K to defend, so Joan is confident that mass pro se lawsuits will end this fraudulent pandemic quickly. She believes in passing laws that favor the majority of people in America, and she cannot and will not be bought by any lobbyist or special interest group.

JUSTICE AMENDMENT

Justice has been severely lacking in our country, since the side with the most money to pay their attorney wins. Did you know that the United States Supreme Court receives about 10,000 requests a year and only hears 80 cases? Joan has helped people take 12 meritorious cases to the high court since 2003, but none of them was heard. She was falsely sued for ‘practicing law without a license’ in Kansas, even when the U.S. Supreme Court has already ruled in 18 cases that anyone can help a person with a legal matter as long as they don’t present themselves as a lawyer and they don’t take a fee. Joan did neither and appealed the case all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court twice, but they refused to hear it.

Joan’s solution is a “justice amendment” which she first mentioned in a book she wrote and published in 2003 called TEN SECRETS You Must Know Before Hiring a Lawyer. You can read more about this amendment at assocforhonestattys.com.

GET OUT OF DEBT PLAN

Depression and anxiety are running rampant in our country today, and a way to alleviate this is to try and relieve the debt that weighs down the average person. Joan is proposing a “Get Out of Debt Plan” that is a step toward this goal and toward trying to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor. Her idea is that if a poor/middle class person will agree to try and improve their lives for one year (stop drinking, doing drugs, smoking, gambling, etc., whatever their struggle might be), then a rich person agrees to pay off their debt up to a certain amount. In order to achieve this, the person would agree to being monitored (i.e., wear a bracelet), which puts surveillance to good use since this would mean consent is given by a person. If they complete their agreement in a year, their debt is paid and they receive a “G.O.O.D. Guy” or “G.O.O.D. Gal” certificate signed by the President (which also stands for “Get.Out.Of.Debt.”). This is a plan that would give people hope and encouragement in trying to start anew which is what they need in such difficult times as these.

Other Issues:

"Have you lost a loved one from Covid or your job for refusing the vaccine? Mass pro se lawsuits will end the pandemic not vaccines. You can learn how to DIY at assocforhonestattys.com, just click on “How to File a Federal Suit.” If elected, I will ensure that your case is settled fairly and equitably."

"Forced vaccines are a violation of your rights, especially the right to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Don’t let anyone tell you different. "

"I support the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, especially with the coronavirus pandemic begun by the Deep State. In fact, I support the Constitution entirely. "

"My extensive research and experience shows that CIA agents are posing as minimally trained medical personnel in Wichita area hospitals to try and cause the death of patients from ‘natural causes.’ They are also extorting money from unsuspecting wealthy people using the court system. If elected, I will be working to ban the CIA in Kansas."

"I think when it comes to disputes over the law, we should not contradict the Bible. Our country was founded on Christian principles and they need to remain. The Bible has stood for 2,000 years and these laws should trump any of our laws which have stood for only 200 years. "

"Over 70% of American’s profess to be Christian, and I am in favor of passing laws that support the majority. I have never discriminated against anyone, I do believe in ‘live and let live.’ But we should not be passing laws that favor the minority, since passing too many laws restricts our freedoms."

"President Trump became a Christian in 2016, and I fully supported him and his efforts from Day 1. He did more for America than any president I’ve known, a close second to Abraham Lincoln who always kept a copy of the Bible and the Constitution on his desk."

"I support veterans, since my father was a fighter pilot killed in Viet Nam in 1965. When I found out he died trying to save the life of his wingman, I filled all of the squares for him to receive the Medal of Honor. But neither KS Senator Jerry Moran or OK Senator Jim Inhofe could make it happen."

"When the sperm and the egg unite, it is God’s will that a child should be born. I believe that what God has joined together, let no one put asunder. Adoption is the answer if a woman is unwilling or unable to care for her unborn child. "

"Criminal justice reform is great, but what are we doing to ensure that NO innocent people end up in jail in the first place? Lawyers become judges become politicians, and I believe this is the problem. Overhauling the legal system will fix it. "

"I think climate change is happening, but we should not be spending an exorbitant amount of time, money and resources trying to stop it. America is only one country in the world when you look at the bigger picture. We can only do so much. "

"I would like to see 5G abolished, since I know that it was used to give my family member Covid. These harmful and horrific structures should be removed. ""

"In 2014, by campaign slogan was that “I think we need more women, more Christians and more regular people in office.” Well, we got more women and more regular people in 2018, but with the likes of the “jihad” squad, we need more women who are on the “God” squad! "

"There may be a separation of church and state, but we should not have a separation of faith and state. Christianity is faith in God, it is not a religion. We should keep the Ten Commandments on our halls of justice, and add the two that Jesus gave us: “Love God and love your neighbor as yourself. "

"I am in favor of prayer being put back in schools as well as spanking - spare the rod and spoil the child. Simple time-outs have resulted in too many snowflakes, and they need a meltdown. "

"I believe that Covid was created to justify mail-in ballots to keep Trump out of office, and that the vaccine is the Mark of the Beast. I wholeheartedly support mass pro se lawsuits to end the pandemic."

"Many people don’t realize that Covid is a form of ‘population control’ under a U.N. directive called Agenda 21/30. Not only are people dying from this illness and the vaccine, social distancing is keeping us from procreating. If this keeps up, America will soon be extinct. "

"Marriage is between a man and a woman, so I can’t condone this sin. LGBTQ people represent only 4.5% of the total population, and although I believe in ‘live and let live,’ we should not be passing " laws that favor a small minority."

"Above all else, we should be seeking to put our children first. Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? Not even kings or rulers, it is the least of us who is the greatest according to the Bible. Every law we pass should be for the betterment of our children and their future. "[5]

My mother was a court reporter and legal secretary who worked for the govt for 46 years before she retired. She decided to stay in the midwest and raise her five children. After graduating from high school, I received a 2-yr degree from Butler County Junior College, and then my bachelor's and master's degree in Administration of Justice from Wichita State University. After traveling to 26 European countries in 1981, I then worked for two years on the police force as a traffic investigator. Afterward, I worked 17 years as a buyer with the Boeing Company in Wichita, receiving a Secret Clearance to work on Air Force One from 1986-1990. In 1999, I took a voluntary layoff from Boeing to stay home with my four sons. For the next six years, I worked part-time in a small business with my husband to design, build and decorate homes for resale. In 2003, I also began a non-profit organization called the Association for Honest Attorneys (A.H.A!) to discourage litigation, improve the legal system, and seek "justice for all." My husband passed away in 2006 and after raising my sons, I ran for Kansas governor in 2010 and for the U.S. Senate in OK in 2014. I am currently a pre-litigation consultant and try to resolve disputes before they turn into lawsuits according to the Bible.
  • I am "riding shotgun" for the U.S. Senate in Oklahoma, my "aim" is to switch to Republican if elected, and I would like voters to "shoot" me an email if they have any questions.
  • I want to overhaul the legal system by implementing a "justice amendment." It is described on the "Issues" page of my website at www.JoanFarr.com.
  • I want to help people get out of debt using a method that bridges the gap between the rich and the poor. It is described on the "Issues" page of my website at www.JoanFarr.com.
I am personally passionate about the FISA abuse of National Security Letters targeting innocent Americans since the Patriot Act was passed. We need a complete overhaul and purging of the FBI and the DOJ since crimes against humanity have been committed. A program should be implemented to identify the innocent people, offer them a public apology and compensate them for their pain and suffering.
I also think we need to stack the U.S. Supreme Court with more conservative justices so that more cases can be heard. They receive about 10,000 requests a year and only hear about 80 cases (less than 1%). I have been personally involved in helping people take 12 cases to the high court in the last 16 years which were meritorious cases involving wrongful death and manifest injustice, but none of them was heard. In my opinion, this is outrageous government conduct, to say the least. I think "justice for ALL" is seriously lacking.
I look up to Abraham Lincoln as someone I would like to follow since I feel he was the best president of the United States. Not only was he impeccably honest, but he followed the Bible and the Constitution. I understand he had a copy of both on hand in the oval office while he was president. I believe that we are currently seeing politics being replaced with truth, and I think that all presidents and politicians should strive to achieve this in their endeavors. His example is what will truly make America great again.
Yes, I wrote a book in 2003 called "TEN SECRETS You Must Know Before Hiring a Lawyer." I think my political philosophy is best understood in this book since I conveyed that due to the extreme corruption in our legal system, the side with the most money to pay their attorney wins. As a result, there is no real justice, it is only perceived. This is where I first proposed what I call a "justice amendment" as a way of overhauling the legal system. Ultimately, my philosophy is based on the fact that "you can't serve God and money" (Luke 16:13). There are too many career politician lawyers in Congress who serve money while the majority of people are Christian (74%) and want to serve God. Herein lies the problem in our present government.
That my sons will all return to their Christian upbringing and achieve success in their lives. And I hope one of them will leave me a granddaughter!
The first historical event that I recall was when JFK died on Nov. 22, 1963. I was 8 years old and I remember that my teacher sent us all home from school. My father was an AF pilot, and we were stationed at Spangdahlem Air Force Base in Germany at the time. When I got home, the only thing on TV was the black and white photo of JFK and my father was crying. He loved JFK and his death caused him great sadness.
I was a short-order cook at the golf course at McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, KS in 1972. It was a summer job and I think I only lasted about 2 months since I was a terrible cook!
The Help. The setting is in the 1960's in Mississippi where my father was from and where we visited when I was young, so I can relate. We also had a black maid when we lived in South Carolina, and when we were moving to Germany when I was five, I was sad that she wasn't coming with us. I thought she was part of our family.
I have encountered a series of financial struggles in the past 20 years. However, this has taught me creative financing and more importantly, to rely on God in the difficult times. In doing so, I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am!
Removing Deep State officials and career politicians from our government.
Abolishing Agenda 21/30 and the U.N. if necessary.
Overhauling the legal system.
Identifying and removing innocent Americans from the terrorist watch list.
Removing 5G which is harmful and I believe is spreading the coronavirus.
Stacking the court with more conservative justices so they can hear more cases.
I think that the qualities possessed by the United States Senate that make it unique as an institution are the power to confirm United States Supreme Court justices and federal judges, approve treaties and confirm cabinet secretaries.
No, I think it is more beneficial for senators to have broad knowledge and experience in business, social skills, various occupations, finance, legal knowledge, traveling abroad and life experiences. We don't need career politicians since many belong to the Deep State and I believe they are causing the downfall of our country.
I think if they are going to do it, then they should stay on topic.
I would consider the knowledge, experience and education of the proposed appointee and whether they appear to be a good fit for the job.
Absolutely! We need to get back to the 1960's era when everyone got along it seemed, and this may require senators and congressional members to spend more time in Washington, D.C.
Yes, I would like to be a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee so that I can help identify the innocent people on the terrorist watch list and get them removed. President Trump made this a campaign promise in September, 2016 when he was debating Hillary and I would like to assist him in this effort. I would also like to be on the Armed Services Committee since I have experience as a military brat and on the Foreign Relations Committee since I have lived and traveled extensively abroad.
Yes, I would be interested in joining the leadership. Although I am running as an Independent, I have stated that I will switch to Republican if elected and would caucus with Republicans regardless. I will join in whatever role it is deemed that I can best serve.
I would like to model myself after Senator James Lankford who is a former pastor. I am a very strong Christian and his morals, values and ideals are those that I would like to emulate.
