Joan Voss
Joan Voss is a former Democratic member of the New Jersey General Assembly, representing District 38 from 2004 to 2012. She served as Deputy Majority Leader and was Deputy Conference Leader from 2008 to 2009.
Prior to her election to the Assembly, Voss served on the Fort Lee Borough Council from 1993 to 2004.[1]

2009
Voss won re-election in the November 3, 2009, general election. She was bracketed with Concetta Wagner and defeated Republican challengers Nicholas Lonzisero and Judith Fisher.[3][4]
