Job Barnard (1844-1923) was an Associate Justice on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
He received a recess appointment from President William McKinley on October 1, 1899 and was nominated on December 11th. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 19, 1899, and received commission that same day. He retired on June 8, 1914.[1]
