Jodi Meier is a judge on the Kenosha County Circuit Court in Wisconsin. She was appointed by Republican Governor Scott Walker on July 5, 2016, to replace Judge Michael Wilk.[1]

Meier won re-election in the general election on April 4, 2017.

Meier received both her bachelor's degree and J.D. from Marquette University. Her professional experience includes working as a solo practitioner for over 25 years and as Guardian ad Litem for 11 years. She served as a court commissioner in Kenosha County from October 2015 until her appointment to the bench.[1]

Wisconsin held local judicial elections in 2017. Forty-eight circuit court seats were up for election on April 4, 2017. Three seats required primaries on February 21, 2017, with the top two vote recipients for each seat advancing to the April 4 general election. Thirty-seven seats up for election in 2017 were unopposed.[2] Incumbent Jodi Meier defeated John Anthony Ward in the general election for the Branch 7 seat on the Kenosha County Circuit Court.
