I am a father, union official, and dedicated for change! I fight for working people everywhere I go! I hope to bring a working class fight to St. Paul as so our state doesn't forget who built it and runs it!
  • We need to address income inequality
  • Healthcare needs to be accessible by all
  • Our Roads, Schools, and other infrastructure need to be kept up and upgraded!

Sen. Paul Welstone (DFL-MN).
His unwavering stance on fixing working class problems up until his untimely death is inspiration for us all. "We all do better when we all do better." - Welstone
Dedication, Passion, and Knowledge of working class issues and the experience from advocating against big corporations for people.
Fight. Even when you loose, keep fighting.
I'd say the Oklahoma City Bombing would come to mind. Columbine and 9/11 are easier to remember, but I have clear memories of that collapsed building and Timothy McVeigh's trial stick with me.
A fast food restaurant I held for 3 years. After that, I tried school, but as a cancer survivor, I needed health care. I ended up in union jobs in a factory.
I am a cancer survivor. Very few things can even come close to the impact it had on me, mostly for what opportunities I lost. I don't wan't to see others go down that road.
Adding debate to the legislative process keeps more voices involved in the process. We need as many voices as we can to represent as many people as possible.
It doesn't hurt, but state legislators are a great way to "dip your toes" in the process as you'd be representing mostly the city you live in/near.
Income Inequality. As the widening income gap increases, more and more people do not have access to basic necessitates and to many do nothing to fight it currently.
They are all representatives of their state. Partisanship aside, the goal should always be what's best for their state and the will of their people.
Yes. Coalitions get results. If you can't work together with others on their goals, they won't work with you for you're goals and aspirations for your constituents back home.
