Joe Biden speaks before lawyers & judges

Delaware: Vice-President Joe Biden spoke before the Conference of Chief Justices on January 30, 2012. His 30 minute address was well received by the 150 member crowd and earned him a standing ovation.
He discussed the future of business in the United States and mentioned that due to uncertainty in places like Russia and the rising wages in China, America is returning to the forefront of international manufacturing. He said that America's re-emergence is also due to the legal system here, calling it's judges and courts "the glue that holds this all together".[1]
