Joe Heckstall
Joe Heckstall (b. October 2, 1946) is a former Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 62 from 1995 to 2013. He served on the Eastpoint City Council from 1981 to 1994.
Biography
Heckstall's professional experience includes working as a corporate motivational speaker and president of the Powerfilled Think, sales trainer, and television talk show host.
He is a member of 5 Star Speakers, Black Clergy Appreciation Trustee Board, and Police Appreciation, and is a trustee with the Metro Atlanta Red Cross.[1]

Heckstall ran for re-election to the 62nd District seat in 2010. He had no opposition in the July 20 primary and no one filed to run against him in the general election. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[2]

In 2008, Heckstall was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives District 62. Heckstall (D) ran unopposed and finished with 11,597 votes.[3] Heckstall raised $1,200 for his campaign fund.[4]
