Joe Maddock, 34, owns and operates an insurance and consulting firm specializing in improving the healthcare industry and positively impacting small business and their employees. The rapidly changing healthcare industry requires him to maintain a forward-thinking approach that constantly adapts to the small business community's needs.

Maddock’s commitment to serving the citizens and businesses of Jefferson County extends far past his own industry. He currently serves as Treasurer for the Arnold Chamber of Commerce. In 2023, the Arnold Chamber awarded him the Don Earl Citizen of the Year. His community service also extends to serving on the Jefferson County Merit System Commission, advising the county regarding its Employee Merit System. Maddock was recognized by the Arnold Rotary Club as “2022-2023 Rotarian of the Year,” recognizing his outstanding dedication and service to the Arnold community.

Maddock is actively involved in Jefferson County's conservative politics. Under his leadership as President, the Jefferson County Republican Club has grown exponentially in membership and community activism. He urges improved communication and a focused approach to common goals within politics during his frequent meetings with elected officials, community leaders, and the GOP Central Committee. His problem-solving mindset and advocacy for County issues have gained him respect across Jefferson County and the Missouri Republican Party as a devoted and effective young leader.
  • The strength of our community begins in the home. As a father of three, I know the importance of a nurturing family environment for the development of our children. The attacks on parents and our traditional family values concern me deeply. I will be your champion in Jefferson City, advocating for a Parental Bill of Rights that empowers you to raise your children free from external indoctrination and government overreach. Protecting our family values and parental rights is not just a policy for me; it's a personal mission to ensure our children grow up safe, confident, and resilient.
  • Supporting our law enforcement and ensuring the safety of our communities is a top priority. I will work to pass legislation that supports our police, enhances their capabilities, and provides for their families. In parallel, I recognize the importance of robust border security measures in safeguarding our nation's safety and sovereignty. My support will extend to policies designed to fortify our border security, thereby enhancing the security of our communities.
  • Voters are ready for a rollback in government's involvement in their lives. I will fight to eliminate redundant tax policy and shift our tax burden away from property taxes, limit government's ability to 'choose winners and losers,' and stop allowing the federal government to impose unconstitutional rules on the Citizens of Missouri.
I am personally passionate about fostering safer communities and upholding family values, promoting a pro-business environment with limited government intervention, and defending personal liberties and God-given rights. These areas form the foundation for a society where individuals can prosper.
Elected officials play a pivotal role in shaping the course of society, and to effectively fulfill this responsibility, they must embody a set of essential characteristics and principles. Most important among these is integrity, the bedrock of trust upon which their relationship with constituents is built. An elected official must uphold honesty and moral principles, demonstrating unwavering integrity even in the face of adversity.
As an 8 year old boy growing up in the St. Louis area, the homerun chase between Mark McGwire and Sammy Sosa was a big deal. I remember getting home from bible study about 10 minutes before McGwire hit the then historic Homerun #62.
