  • EQUITY: We must build a Wisconsin where resources are distributed and infrastructure is built in a way that prioritizes those that have the least.
  • TRANSPARENCY - Our state government processes are open to all, and the community provides actionable input on decisions that impact their lives, regardless of neighborhood, education level, age, race, gender, ability, immigration status or socioeconomic status.
  • ACCESS - Every Wisconsinite can thrive and lead stable lives because their basic needs and freedoms are met, including affordable and quality education, reproductive and full spectrum healthcare, economic opportunities, transportation, nutrition, and the ballot.
Youth - Expanded access to youth mental health services, increased funding to K-12 and university education, dedicated funding for afterschool programming.

Transportation - Expanding access to public transit, drivers licenses, and alternate forms of transportation.

Safety - Investing holistically in the things that prevent and heal violence in our communities.
In any room I occupy, I ask who is here, who is not here, and who is here but not heard or acknowledged. In my time in local office, I have consistently prioritized public outreach and engagement, particularly in underserved communities. I will do the same in State government.
I want to create policies and institutions that benefit those most in need and are sustained over a long term.
I was a young child when the Soviet Union fell, but my memory is not strong. 9/11 happened in my freshman year in college and I remember it vividly.
I worked as a cashier at Blockbuster Video for a year in high school.
Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. It gave me a framework for prioritizing life's demands.
Legislative experience is very valuable for this role, but I don't believe it is a prerequisite. As a current local elected official, I bring technical and relational experience with constituent engagement, budget processes, and the process of government. However, there are many talented, dedicated, experienced people who have never been elected and can contribute greatly to our state government.
