Biography
Joe Nicola was born in Kansas City, Missouri. He served in the U.S. Navy Reserve from 1984 to 1990. His career experience includes working as a pastor.[1][2]

|I owned a profitable small business for nearly a decade. I served as a youth minister and I worked for the Blue Springs School District while pastoring a church. I am also an author of two theological books.
I have volunteered as a mentor to young men with the Youth Friends Organization. I have also volunteered with Habit for Humanity, the Salvation Army, City Union Mission, the Independence School District and several other non-profits over a couple of decades. In all, I have over forty years of ministry and business leadership experience including leading teams overseas for ministry and humanitarian purposes.
