Joe Reynolds was the chairman of the Nevada Public Utilities Commission from 2016 to 2018. He was appointed by Gov. Brian Sandoval (R) effective October 2016.[1] He resigned in August 2018 to become chief general counsel for the Nevada System of Higher Education.[2]
