Joseph Talbott
Joseph Talbott (b. January 23, 1933) is a former Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. He represented District 36 from 2002-2012. He was defeated in the May 8, 2012, Democratic primary.[1] Talbott served in the West Virginia State House of Delegates from 1992 to 1996.
Biography
Talbott earned his B.S. and M.A. from West Virginia Wesleyan. He also attended Potomac State College.
Talbott served in the United States Marine Corps from 1955 to 1959. His professional experience includes working as an educator.[2]

Elections
2012
Talbott ran for re-election in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 44. Talbott and Sue Blake Andersen were defeated by Dana L. Lynch in the May 8 primary election.[3][4]
2010
Talbott was re-elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates District 36 in the November 2, 2010 general election. He defeated Independent Duane Borchers, Sr.. Talbott defeated Democrat Sue Blake Andersen in the May 11 primary.[5][6][7]
