Joe Wayne Walker

Joe Wayne Walker was the District 3 representative on the Bay County School Board in Florida. He was first elected to the board in 2010. He left office in 2018.
Biography
Walker earned an associate degree from Gulf Coast Community College. He later received a bachelor's degree from the University of West Florida. Walker also holds a master's degree in education administration from Southeastern Louisiana University. He retired in 2010 after 40 years as a high school teacher and coach in the district.[1]

Incumbents Ginger Littleton, Joe Wayne Walker and Steve Moss were unopposed after the June 20, 2014 filing deadline. All three candidates won new terms on the board due to the lack of opposition.[2]
Funding
Walker reported $1,500 in contributions and $1,500 in expenditures to the Bay County Supervisor of Election, as of July 24, 2014.[3]
