Biography
Joe White was born in Rockwood, Tennessee, and lives in Prosperity, South Carolina. White served in the U.S. Air Force from 1966 to 1969. He earned a B.S. in public administration. White's career experience includes working as the CEO of Medical Comfort Systems, Inc.[1][2]
