Joel Bomgar
Joel Bomgar (Republican Party) was a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing District 58. He assumed office on January 5, 2016. He left office on January 2, 2024.
Bomgar (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Mississippi House of Representatives to represent District 58. He won in the general election on November 5, 2019.
On April 26, 2022, Joel Bomgar announced he would not seek re-election in 2023.[1]

Elections for the Mississippi House of Representatives took place in 2015. A primary election was held on August 4, 2015. The general election took place on November 3, 2015. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 27, 2015.[2] No Democratic candidates filed for election. Joel Bomgar defeated Bruce Bartley in the Republican primary. Bomgar ran unchallenged in the District 58 general election.
