Joel Helander
Joel Helander was a probate judge for the Guilford Probate District in Connecticut. His final term expired in 2015. In April 2014, Helander announced he would not seek re-election and would instead retire at the end of his term, in January 2015.[1]

Judge Helander was elected to the new Madison-Guilford Probate District on November 2, 2010.[2] This district will replace the Guilford Probate District starting in 2011.[3]
