Federal child abuse charge (2022)
Koskan was charged with felony child abuse on November 3, 2022. He allegedly groomed, molested, and raped a female family member from 2014 to 2020. As of November 7, 2022, Ballotpedia could not identify a response from Koskan.[1][2]
