Joel A. Miller is an associate circuit court judge for the 4th Circuit Court in Worth County, Missouri.[1] Miller has been on the bench since September 2006.[2]
He was re-elected to the 4th Judicial Circuit Court in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[3]
