A graduate of Ohio University and Capital University Law School, Joel founded The Newby Law Office in 2020. Whether they're playing outside, hitting baseballs, or exploring Grove City's parks, those moments remind him why strong, connected communities matter.

When he's not practicing law or enjoying time with family, Joel follows local issues and supports initiatives that make Grove City a safer, smarter, and more vibrant place to live.
