|- Sending a representative to City Council with a conservative, "just-say-no" approach to policy has not been beneficial for District 10, It has marginalized it. District 10 now lags our neighbor District 9 by $13K* in annual per capita income.
- Given our proximity to the airport and access to major highways, community renewal should be a given.
- But what do I see in most of our major thoroughfares? Empty commercial spaces, failing streets, homelessness, and neighborhoods disconnected from amenities. And GreatSchools.org rates a large number of schools in our district below average.
