Child pornographer receives life in prison (2015)

In 2013, Brevard County Sheriff’s Agent Michael Spadafora began an investigation after he saw an advertisement on Craigslist. The advert was posted by Michael Glenn Glascock; Agent Spadafora communicated with Glascock by phone and e-mail. It was during these conversations that Glascock admitted to having sexually abused an infant and offered to help Spadafora find a child for similar purposes. Glascock was arrested and charged with online sexual enticement of a minor and sexual exploitation of a child for the purpose of producing child pornography. He was convicted of both crimes, and on February 12, 2015, he was sentenced by Judge John Antoon to life in prison.

Images of Glascock engaging in sexual acts with the child were found in his home and on his electronic devices. The victim was located and received the necessary medical attention.
