John B. Carter Jr.
John B. Carter Jr. is a former district court judge for the 16B Judicial District, which presides over Robeson County of North Carolina.[1] He was first elected to the court in 1994 and retired on January 1, 2016.[2]
Education
Carter received his undergraduate degree in political science from Fayetteville State University in 1976 and his J.D. from North Carolina Central University in 1979.[3][4]
