John Beamer is a judge of the Florida 9th Circuit Court. He assumed office on February 10, 2020. His current term ends on January 2, 2029.

Beamer won re-election for judge of the Florida 9th Circuit Court outright in the primary on August 23, 2022, after the general election was canceled.

On January 16, 2020, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) appointed Beamer to replace Judge Daniel Traver, who was elevated to the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal.[1][2][3]

Biography

Prior to his appointment, Beamer was a trial attorney with the Law Offices of Sanabria and Marsh from 2015 to 2020.[1]

He received a bachelor's degree from Austin Peay State University and a J.D. from Barry University School of Law.[1]
